The Sationary World Headquarters Project, lead by World Headquarters Project Leader Anthony Acciavatti, was begun in 2003 to develop a maximized tech facility for the utilization of gear and tech items and terminologies. This particular facility does entail the usage of multiple recreational, tech-based, and non tech-based zones designed towards the GEARt.e.k. overtly possible impossibility protocol.

This particular sculpture was developed for a courtyard entryway zone central to the main entry facility of the headquarters. The sculpture does entail GEARt.e.k. policies such as sincere adjacency and misplacence delibracy.
